MCC NEET PG 2025 Revised Schedule: MP & Uttarakhand Counselling Postponed

🗓️ MCC’s Announcement on Revised Counselling Schedule

The MCC has officially announced that it will soon release a revised counselling schedule — both for its own Deemed University/AIQ rounds and for the State Counselling Authorities.

This means that the previous schedule followed by states like MP, Uttarakhand, UP, Karnataka, and others will now undergo changes.
As a result, several states have already begun holding or postponing their current counselling activities.

📢 Madhya Pradesh (MP) PG Counselling Postponed

The Department of Medical Education, MP was the first to respond after MCC’s revised schedule announcement.

• MP has officially postponed its choice-filling process.

• The notification clearly states that the choice filling and seat allotment will remain on hold until MCC releases the new revised dates.

• The updated schedule for MP counselling will depend directly on MCC’s new timeline.

✅ Important: Students who have already registered for MP PG counselling do not need to register again. The existing registration will remain valid once the revised schedule resumes.

📢 Uttarakhand Counselling Update

Similar to MP, the Uttarakhand counselling authority has also paused its registration and choice-filling process.

Their notice clarifies:

• The registration process will continue temporarily, but

• Seat allotment and counselling events will be on hold until the MCC releases the updated schedule for all states.

Hence, candidates must stay alert and wait for the official MCC notification before expecting further action from the Uttarakhand counselling board.

The revised schedule by MCC is meant to align all state and central counselling processes, ensuring that students don’t face overlapping rounds or conflicting deadlines.

So, what you should do right now:

✅ Do not panic — Your registration and application remain valid.
✅ Monitor official websites — mcc.nic.in, dme.mponline.gov.in, and hnbumu.ac.in.
✅ Wait for MCC’s revised dates — Once announced, all states will update their timelines accordingly.
