The long-awaited NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule has finally been released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The MCMF Team of expert counsellors has broken down all important dates, from registration to reporting, along with the tentative timelines for state counselling rounds.

🩺 MCC Round-1 Counselling Schedule (NEET PG 2025)

According to the official MCC notification:

• Registration & Fee Payment: 17 October – 5 November 2025

• Choice Filling & Locking: 28 October – 5 November 2025

• Round-1 Result: 8 November 2025

• Reporting & Joining: 9 – 15 November 2025

➡️ This marks the completion of Round 1 of NEET PG counselling.
Further rounds will be announced once Round 1 is completed, depending on how smoothly it progresses.

📅 Overall PG Counselling Timeline

If everything runs on time, the entire NEET PG 2025 counselling process (including All India + State rounds) is expected to be completed between 8 January and 15 January 2026.

This ensures that all candidates join their allotted PG medical colleges before the new academic session begins.

🏛️ State Counselling Schedule Overview

Alongside the MCC rounds, states have also been directed to conduct their PG rounds as per fixed timelines:

• State Round-1: 6 November – 15 November 2025

• Last Date of Reporting (State Round-1): 20 November 2025

⚠️ Important: Each state has its own portal and documentation process — so PG aspirants must check their respective state counselling websites (like Rajasthan, Punjab, Karnataka, Gujarat, etc.) regularly.

🔔 Expected NEET PG Percentile Reduction Notice

Every year, after the completion of Round-2, MCC releases a notification for lowering the NEET PG qualifying percentile — to allow more candidates to participate.

• Tentative Date: Around 10 December 2025, when the Round-2 joining phase ends.

Students who are currently below the qualifying percentile may become eligible after this update — so keep all your documents ready.
