Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 4 Counselling – Dates, Eligibility, Bond Rules & Important Guidelines

Dear NEET Aspirants,
Welcome to My Career My Future (MCMF) — the team of expert MBBS counsellors trusted by thousands of students every year.

In this detailed post, we’ll explain the Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 4 Counselling schedule, eligibility conditions, bond rules, and all the important instructions that students must know before participating.

🗓️ Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 4 Counselling Schedule

The Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan has released the official notification for Round 4 (Stray Vacancy Round) of NEET UG 2025 Counselling.

Below is the complete timeline of the process:

Activity Dates (2025)
Fresh Registration Window Up to 12 November
Document Verification (Including NRI Candidates) 13 – 14 November
Security Deposit Payment 14 – 16 November
Choice Filling & Locking 14 – 16 November
Result Declaration (Seat Allotment) 17 November
Reporting & Admission Formalities 18 – 20 November
Return of Original Documents (for non-allotted candidates) 18 – 20 November

🧾 Who Can Participate in Round 4

Fresh Applicants:
Students who did not register in previous rounds can freshly register and apply.

Candidates Who Exited Earlier:
Students who forfeited their security amount and exited in Round 2 or Round 3 can also participate again in Round 4.

NRI Candidates:
For the first time, NRI candidates are also eligible to participate in Round 4 — a major positive update for students seeking MBBS seats under the NRI quota.

🚫 Who Cannot Participate

❌ Students who have already joined a college (up to Round 3) are not eligible to participate.
❌ Students who were allotted a seat in Round 3 but did not join the college are also not allowed to take part in Round 4.

📜 Mandatory Document Submission & Bond Requirement

All candidates participating in Round 4 must:

  • Submit their original documents at the verification center on 13–14 November.

  • Sign and submit a mandatory bond, confirming that if they are allotted a seat and fail to join, they will be debarred from Rajasthan NEET UG counselling for one year and their security deposit will be forfeited.

⚠️ Important Note:

Once a candidate joins the allotted college in Round 4, they cannot resign from the course or withdraw original documents until the entire counselling process (as per MCC/NMC schedule) concludes.

This strict policy ensures no seat wastage in government or private medical colleges of Rajasthan.

💰 Security Deposit & Choice Filling

  • Candidates must deposit the security money between 14–16 November.

  • The choice filling process will run concurrently during the same period.

  • Choices must be carefully locked before the deadline; failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification from seat allotment.

📣 Result and Reporting Details

  • Result Date: 17 November 2025

  • Reporting: 18–20 November 2025

    • Students allotted a seat must report to the respective college within the given dates.

    • Those who are not allotted any seat can collect their original documents between 18–20 November.

📑 Key Rules Mentioned in the Official Notice

  1. Non-Joining Penalty:
Candidates allotted a seat in the stray vacancy round who do not join will be debarred from Rajasthan counselling for 1 year and their security amount will be forfeited.

  2. Resignation Not Allowed:
Students who join a course during this round cannot resign or withdraw documents before the final admission deadline.

  3. Single Admission Rule:
A student cannot hold two seats at the same time — one from MCC (Deemed/Central) and another from Rajasthan state counselling.
If you’ve already joined a seat in MCC Round 4, you cannot join Rajasthan counselling.

  4. Original Document Lock-In:
Since Rajasthan requires original documents during verification, dual participation in MCC and Rajasthan simultaneously will not be possible.

🩺 MCMF Expert Advice

  • Rajasthan Round 4 is the final opportunity for MBBS admissions under the state quota.

  • Since original documents and bond submission are mandatory, only serious candidates should apply.
