MCMF LEGAL TEAM

MCMF has strong Legal Team besides the Operations and Analyses team. The counseling goes within the legal parameters decided by the State Counselling committees under the supervision of National Medical Commission (NMC).

Why strong Legal Team?:

The counseling Process / Rules are framed more in the Legal Language than a common English language. Legal interpretation of the same is very important to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion, leading to rejection or missing the chance.

Similarly, there are some special Quota Counseling’s, example NRI Quota Counselling, which require a great work of documentation preparation within the legal parameters. Otherwise, the rejection rate in NRI Document verification is very high.

Every year, during the MBBS counseling, we see the Legal battles are fought by students against many lawful/unlawful decisions. Our Legal Team guides us on such matters as well, which further helps us to safeguard interest of our students.
